Victor Bell will be teaching a seminar on International Packaging Legislation at Clemson University's Winter Intensive Packaging Program on Wednesday, December 12, 2001. EPI will be heading a session entitled "International Trends in Packaging and Electronics Take-Back and Product Stewardship" at the National Recycling Council's 20th Annual Congress & Exposition. The session will include the latest information on packaging and electronics waste legislation and their implications for US manufacturers. The NRC Congress will be held in Seattle, WA on January 13-16, 2002 (rescheduled from September 30-October 3, 2001). For more information visit NRC's website.
Victor Bell will be speaking in a session titled "Legislation and Country Reports II" at IERC (International Electronics Recycling Congress) 2002 in Davos, Switzerland from January 9-11, 2002. The workshop "Global Packaging Mandates: How to Design for Environment and Save Money" (originally scheduled for September 13, 2001) has been postponed due to recent events. It will be held on November 30 at the same location. Registration has been re-opened.
